Our Governance
From our humble start in a warehouse in El Socorro, to the PSA (Public Service Association), Long Circular Road facilities we have forged forward and we now have a very strong newly engaged Executive Committee who have exciting plans for the future.
Governance
We regularly evaluate and update our governance to ensure that we stay true to our purpose, mission, and values.
- Advisory Committee made up of founding member representatives / Executive Committee members;
- Executive Club committee meets monthly including a Chair Membership Secretary;
- The officers of the club will seek to keep the membership of the club informed of key decisions taken on their behalf; these will also be reported more widely via the website as appropriate. The club will hold an annual AGM, normally in April;
- The full membership is the ultimate decision making body of the club and will be consulted whenever the Committee wishes to take decisions with wide reaching implications.

Social Activity
We will ensure that all members of the community have access to and opportunities to take part in and enjoy all programmes of activities, competitions and events.
- The club will seek to be a sociable place where members and visitors are always made to feel welcome;
- We explore and where feasible take part in or run social and fundraising events throughout the year. This will give members the chance to get to know each other socially and enjoy a variety of off court activities.
